The program will officially begin at 7:00 PM with a presentation of FBSR’s 2023 Big Sioux River water quality testing data. Following this update, Jay Gilbertson of East Dakota Water Development District and Troy Larson of Lewis & Clark Regional Water System will give their keynote presentation titled, When Demand Exceeds Availability: Where Will the Extra Water Come From?
