Ribbon Cutting: New Office Space

A Fresh Space for Friends of the Big Sioux River: Ribbon Cutting

Friends of the Big Sioux River and the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce will host a Ribbon Cutting event to commemorate the opening of the new office space for the organization on August 23rd from 4-6pm open house style. The ribbon cutting will be at 4:30pm with brief remarks. The new space is located in The Gourley Building on the second floor, 400 N Main Ave, Suite 205 in Downtown Sioux Falls. There will be drinks and light hor d'oeuvres served. Masks are optional.

The new office space includes three private offices, a conference room, and an open lobby area ideal for hosting small group gatherings, allowing for more space for meetings with board members and donors. There are plans to grow the team in the coming years and FBSR now has a space that will now allow for that growth.

“We’re thrilled to have relocated to the historic and unique Gourley Building. Uptown Sioux Falls is a very supportive community of business owners and residents. We’re very happy to have this new space as a place to welcome conversation about the urgency of the cleanliness of the Big Sioux. I think this move is bringing new awareness to the work we are doing,” says Travis Entenman, Director of Friends of the Big Sioux River.
